cancun maternity shoot

This past spring, my wife and I brought our 3-month old daughter to one of our favorite Cancun getaways. Between us both, we’ve visited dozens of countries, and it’s our dream for our baby girl to experience the same. On one of our beach days, I decided to test out my new camera by the water. While I spotted the perfect subjects - a dried up coconut in the sand, a sailboat,  a volleyball net - Linda and Abiola spotted an opportunity. For their family vacation, they brought their little one but also plans to share a special announcement - they were expecting their second child. Their initial plan was to ask someone on the beach to take their photos and then post the news on social media for friends and family. Instead, they asked me to capture their family in this special time of their lives. What was initially supposed to be a couple of iPhone photos for the gram turned into an intimate, joy-filled shoot that the family and their loved ones will never forget. To this day, I’m blessed to have met Linda and Abiola - it was a privilege to help them celebrate this moment.
